For the sound i would like to create like an "extraterrestrial signal", i took a "sifflet" and i play with it, add opening and closing effect, reverse the sens and finish the set with a battery sound to put a bit of "suspens". . .

I made this melody on violin in grageband for something called victors crypt. I added some more music in the background in the end but it's based on this tones on violin that i think would be great for something scary, haunting and evil. Feel free to use it as long as you give me the credit for it/write me as composer. And subscribe to and watch my channel :). Be cool and subscribe to victors crypt:https://www. Youtube. A shorter, more polished version of my previous sound "alien world" (https://freesound. Org/people/patrick_corra/sounds/540045/). This ambience is a bit more earth-like compared to its predecessor, though any sound used here is either created from scratch or recorded: i used my own voice for the "bird" sounds and a crickets chirping recording for some background noise. Aside from myself and the crickets, no other animal was recorded to create this sound, so i think it's fair to define it as "alien". Inspired by the sounds heard in black mesa's version of xen, i decided to try creating a similar soundscape.

A music piece i made in garageband for something called victors crypt. It's made on a vintage piano-sound with strings and more coming in at the end. Feels dark and dystopia, like something bad is about to happen. I think it would fit perfect to anything spooky, sci-fi, mysterious or anything else. You'll be the judge. Feel free to use it as long as you give me the credit for it/write me as composer. And subscribe to and watch my channel :). Be cool and watch and subscribe to victors crypt:https://www. Youtube. Something i did for a show called victors crypt. It's basically some strings and sounds in very random order creating a spooky vibe. No melodies or such, just a freaky atmosphere. It might be great for something strange and eerie. Maybe something sci-fi or anything a bit strange. Hope you like it and make a use out of it. Feel free to use it as long as you give me the credit for it/write me as composer. And subscribe to and watch my channel :). Be cool and subscribe to victors crypt:https://www. Youtube. A kind of a scary bit of music i made in garageband for something called victors crypt. It's a big giant bass-in-your-face that sets the ground for this tune. A steady beat to go with that and some strings and sounds on top of all. Think it would suit perfect to anything dark, eerie, adventurous, creepy, big, suspense or anything you can imagine. Feel free to use it as long as you give me the credit for it/write me as composer. And subscribe to and watch my channel :). Be cool, watch and subscribe to victors crypt:https://www. Youtube. About 2. 5 minutes of ambient audio recorded at the hurunui jacks campground adjacent to the kaniere river near hokitika on the west coast of new zealand. This is an inland tropical rain-forest setting. There are lots of insect sounds, birds, and the sound of the river (not very prominent) in the background. No other sounds captured (no cars, airplanes, honking horns, people talking, etc). Would be good to use for a camp scene ambient in a similar location, nature scene, etc. Recorded with a zoom h1.

I heard these owls outside my window this evening. I live next to a large field and it attracts birds of prey frequently. I managed to capture them conversing back and forth. Unfortunately, the neighbors dog had to chime in. But, even that sounds kind of neat with the natural reverb of the open space.

I made this tune in garageband for something called victors crypt. It a synth-based tune with a eerie typ of bass-synth at the bottoe with a bit more optimistic melody on top of that. Making it harmonic and less pessimistic but still dystopia. The scream in the beginning is something i borrowed here from freesound. Feel free to use it as long as you give me the credit for it/write me as composer. And subscribe to and watch my channel :). Be cool and watch and subscribe to victors crypt:https://www. Youtube. Hoping this one doesn't have the squeak sounds like with the wav file. My first attempt at ambient guitar. Recorded with my epiphone sg through the walrus slo pedal on 'rise'setting, into the focusrite 2i2 interface and then into reaper. The bass is a squier mini-bass through a behringer bxl1800 amp into the interface and into reaper. I used reverb, eq, compression and pan surround on both instruments. Comments welcome and let me know what you use it for. :-).

This sound sample is part of the free collective soundbank "negative mass", which is comprised of around 60 royalty free samples and field recordings used by some of the artists featured in the "new chronologies of sound" collection to compose their sound works. "new chronologies of sound" is a sound art collection that proposes to generate debate on issues related to the ways in which lockdown affected our ways of listening, perception of time and work habits, by developing a collection of sound works based on field recordings, which reflect upon those matters. This artistic research project gathers artists and researchers from all over the globe — agf (de), budhaditya chattopadhyay (in), bj nilsen (se), diana combo (pt), gustavo costa (pt), hugo branco (pt), kyoka (jp), laura romero (es), lawrence english (es), matthew herbert (uk), miguel isaza (co) and natalia valencia zuluaga (co)— encompassing a broad diversity of aesthetics, geographies, processual latitudes and conceptual attitudes, which range from pure field recordings and processed soundscapes down to more musical or compositional uses of found sounds. + info: https://lifeisavicnic.
